Chihuahua Puppy1. Chihuahuas are known for being aggressive towards those they perceive to be threats. This is sometimes referred to as “Small Dog Syndrome” because they could be making up for their lack of size by scaring away threats. However, if socialized with other dogs and humans at a young age, they won’t be afraid and lash out.
2. Chihuahuas are believed to be a breed as old as 1,100 years. They were bred by the Toltecs in the 9th century in Mexico.
3. Chihuahua puppies are born with floppy ears which only start to stand up when they are about six months old. Some chihuahua’s ears never stand up, but they are still healthy.
